Чем отличаются конкурсы в разных категориях?
Фильм – создайте оригинальный 60-секундный рекламный ролик в ответ на бриф. Примечание: Только для этого конкурса срок сдачи – 48 часов.

Наружная реклама – создайте привлекательную рекламу для наружных медиа-носителей, которая отвечает поставленной задаче и заинтересовывает целевую аудиторию.

Дизайн – создайте мудборд, включающий описание того, как предложенная вами визуальная айдентика соответствует брифу и как он может помочь развитию бренда.

Диджитал – разработайте цифровую кампанию, использующую возможности цифровых технологий для решения задачи, указанной в брифе.

Медиа – разработайте инновационную медиа-стратегию, основанную на убедительных данных, показав, как вы будете использовать различные медиаканалы и стимулировать взаимодействие в ответ на бриф.

PR – создайте эффективную и привлекательную PR-кампанию в ответ на коммуникационную задачу, описанную в брифе.

Маркетологи – создайте продукт или услугу, отвечающие задаче, указанной в брифе. Примечание: Этот конкурс открыт только для маркетологов клиентов, и команды должны представлять компанию, в которой они работают. Over 200 women delegates comprising of women creatives, account managers and strategists spent a day listening to talks and panels by inspiring female leaders, making the first-ever edition a striking and meaningful success. In 2024, she was 1 of the 19 women leaders chosen from 1400 applications from across the globe, to represent India at the Cannes Lions See It Be It programme, a bespoke leadership accelerator for rising female and non-binary leaders.

Her campaign for Cleartrip became the first and only silver lion for Talented agency in the founding year. She is known for her pivotal role in helping both local and global iconic brands find their voice in the modern world. She’s also a part of the adjunct faculty at MICA and Miami Ad School, helping shape the creativity and voices of the next generation of stellar creatives. As the founding member of talented, one of the very few employee-owned agencies in the world, Pooja is trying to reimagine the agency experience by changing everything that she has been angry about – in her previous stint and with the industry at large, such as pay disparity, credit hogging, no work-life balance, lack of representation, to name a few.

This path has allowed her to understand different creative cultures and standards — from classic advertising to earned-first, reputation-driven creativity.

    Before advertising, Laura studied and worked in journalism and political communication, a background that continues to shape how she evaluates ideas today. It gives her a strong sense of context, clarity and responsibility, and makes her especially attentive to what ideas say, how they say it, and how they live in the real world beyond execution.

    She is also actively involved in the Colombian creative industry, participating in community initiatives such as Círculo de Creativas, speaking at events, mentoring, and contributing to spaces that foster dialogue, diversity and collaboration.
