Roman has worked at BBDO Group for over 14 years, 11 of which he has headed the creative agency Instinct.
In 1994, he started as a designer at Independent Media. Two years later, he moved to the Publicis agency as an art director, and since 1998, he has worked at TBWA.
Roman joined the BBDO Moscow agency in 2000, and in 2003, together with Yaroslav Orlov, he headed the creative department of Instinct.
Roman Firayner has developed advertising campaigns for Alfa-Bank, IKEA, MEGA, Nike, InTouch, Dell, iRu, Pyaterochka, Petelinka, Wrigley, Pepsi, Beeline, MTS, MegaFon, VTB 24, Audi, the car manufacturer AvtoVAZ, M.Video, Eldorado, Yandex, Shebekino, Nidan juices and other major advertisers. His work has received awards at Cannes Lions, London International Award, Webby, Moscow and Kiev International Advertising Festivals, as well as at the Epica, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer, Idea!, ADCR Russia, D&AD and White Square festivals.
